Our Main Equipment

144 PICANOL Rapier Weaving Looms
These looms, which are 220 cm wide, are generally used for weaving fabrics for clothing. As the looms are dobby looms, they offer a wide range of patterns and products.

96 PICANOL Air Jet Looms
These 280 cm wide looms are eccentric and armure, and have been chosen for their capabilities. Generally used for weaving fabrics for home textiles, these looms offer flexibility in design, enabling the production of high value-added products.

60 PICANOL Air Jet Looms
These 340 cm wide looms are eccentric and armure, and have been chosen for their capabilities. Generally used for weaving fabrics for home textiles, these looms offer flexibility in design, enabling the production of high value-added products.

4 Sectional Warping Machines
In our weaving preparation department, we can work with materials ranging from 2 Ne to 120 Ne without restriction, using our state-of-the-art warping machines from the German company Karl Mayer, which produce yarns made from staple fibers.

1 Cone Warping Machine
In our weaving preparation department, our state-of-the-art conical warping machine, purchased from the German company Karl Mayer, ensures warp quality with uniform tension, parallel yarns, and flawless regularity.

4 Sizing Machines
In our weaving preparation department, our state-of-the-art machines from the German company Karl Mayer ensure a consistent warp yarn body with a permanent quality guarantee.

2 Automatic Drawing-in Systems
The two drawing-in machines we purchased from Staubli enable us to produce even the most complex weave structures with the highest quality, forming the foundation of our infrastructure for fast product delivery.
